SMPP Connectivity

SMPP (Short Message Peer-to-Peer) Protocol is an open industry-standard protocol that is used for exchanging SMS messages between a Short Message Service Centre (SMSC), and an External Short Messaging Entity (ESME).

KudiSMS.net supports the Short Message Peer-to-Peer (SMPP) version 3.4 protocol for message exchange. The protocol is a level-7 TCP/IP protocol, which allows fast delivery of SMS messages.

To send messages, your application will need to bind to our SMS server with the SMPP details that we will provide you. We also support Delivery reports when you bind to us a Transceiver.

One great advantage of SMPP is the very high throughput that supports the delivery of a high volume of messages.
