REFUNDS

However, because of the extensive time effort, preparation and care that goes into creating and/or providing our services, you acknowledge and agree that O-ONE CONCEPTZ will NOT OFFER REFUNDS for any portion on your payment made for any of our services.

By using our service, you understand and agree that all sales are final and no refunds will be providedfor any reason. In the rare event that we do choose to issue a full or partial refund to anyone for any reason, it will be solely within our discretion, and our exercise of this discretion in one particular situaion

In no way represents that a full or partial refund will be available in a subsequent same or similar situation

In the instance where a buyer credits our account in error, such funds will be converted to SMS creditand will be available to the buyer whenever he/she decides to use them.

For security purposes, O-ONE CONCEPTZ will not refund any money paid in error to anyone.
